It's been a good, busy week at Cedar Hills. On Wednesday we picked up thousands of pounds of food from Barnes Elementary, where children and staff donated their resources and then their time to help us load and transport the food to Cedar Hills Baptist. Next, the food was sorted by a pack of eager, energetic girl scouts and CHBC volunteers on Wednesday evening. An inventory of the food revealed needs we still have - see the bottom chart. Your help providing these items would be invaluable! Items highlighted in Yellow are still needed. Contact the Supreme CBL Commander, Bev Wright if you can help with these needs. We often need to shop for items, so financial gifts are appreciated as well. Today (Friday) we're picking up our toys from KGW's toy drive and sorting them for the "toy store" that will be open, by reservation only, from 4:30-6 PM tonight.
